Florida has now surpassed New York as one of the hottest housing markets in the United States. In the past decade, the state has seen a tremendous growth in population, spanning across the entire state. As a result of this population boom, the residential housing market has reached $3.81 billion, as thousands of new homeowners are <\/span>moving to Florida,<\/span><\/a> the Sunshine State. This recent Florida boom has been attributed to many changes that have occurred within the Floridian lifestyle. First, remote work has become much more accessible, as over 16% of all residents worked remotely in 2022. In addition, the quality of life there is at an all time high. The temperate climate in combination with a lower cost of living makes this state the perfect destination for hopeful homeowners.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main reason that so many people are moving to Florida, however, is the changes in housing. Home prices are lower, and new constructions are at an all time high. Many first-time homeowners are seeking what is best for them and their <\/span>budget<\/span><\/a>. This is why there are many services that have been made available in recent years for those hoping to settle down in Florida.
