The plan of action covers everything, including the choice of\ndesign, the choice of software, product development, and the final expected\noutcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Moreover, sometimes, your entire team might not be aware\nof all types of tech work required, but they will look up to you for help. As a tech leader, you must take a stand and voice your concerns,\nbut also be open to discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To learn, to grow, and to sustain, that should be the\nultimate aim!<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3)<\/strong> Know how to work with your community<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As a technology leader, you will probably have to work\nwith multiple other teams and departments, across the entire company, sometimes\neven across multiple locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hence, it is important for you to understand hierarchy,\nwhere you work with both vertically and horizontally integrated teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In each segment of the community, aim to be a positive\ninfluence, appreciate co-workers, and be open-minded. A technology leader has\nto encourage community talent while also grooming oneself in the journey. So,\nkeep building your skill set and using your knowledge to achieve greater\nheights with the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
